Last weekend, a group of Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award students took part in a practice walk in preparation for their final expedition. This took place at Church Stretton in Shropshire and students were required to complete a five mile walk developing a number of skills along the way.
All students worked hard during the walk, working as a team to try and navigate around the hills in poor weather conditions. Students did not let this affect their ability to get stuck in and they were able to complete the walk confidently. Students will embark on yet another adventure in the next couple of weeks.
